The concept for the restaurant is a vineyard. A vineyard is a place filled with history. The roots that have been growing for years create a new grape every season. With the  new season comes a new taste, this new taste has been turned into the new look of the  of the Affiner. Affiner is filled with the rich history that comes with the vineyard. A vineyard has multiple rows of perfectly straight vines that produce a uniform look. Using straight lines to create depth and dimension in the restaurant so that it  mimics the uniformity a vineyard has.  Using the natural dark green from the vines to create a warm environment that  contrasts from gold finishes. The lighting fixtures are polished gold to create a shimmer that white wine grapes have when the sun hits them. To balance the polished  gold and dark green the use of black and  white are placed the interior.
